3PE process is a widely used anti-corrosion process for steel pipes at home and abroad, which is applied in oil and gas transportation, urban gas supply, water supply and other fields. Three-layer PE anti-corrosion structure includes: melt-bonded epoxy powder coating, polymer adhesive intermediate layer and polyethylene surface layer. Epoxy powder is a thermosetting non-toxic coating. After curing, it forms a high molecular weight cross-linked structure coating with good chemical resistance. The role of the epoxy primer is to form a continuous film that provides good adhesion through bonding and curing with the surface of the steel pipe and has good chemical resistance and resistance to cathodic stripping. The role of polymer adhesive is to fuse with epoxy powder before gluing and bond with outer polyethylene layer to make the three layers connected into a whole.
3PE production line mainly includes: pipe loading platform, spiral transmission line (tire composition), medium frequency heating system, outer spray epoxy resin recovery system, plastic extruder (PE extruder, adhesive extruder and supporting vacuum feeder, plastic dryer, frequency converter, speed control cabinet, temperature control cabinet and supporting equipment head, head adapter, connecting flange, etc.), silicone rubber roller guide device, water cooling system electric spark, end beveling machine
(including dust removal), robot automatic inkjet printer, etc. Anti-corrosion methods include coating 3PE and winding 3PE.
